Upcycle An Old Bracelet

I started with an old metal cuff bracelet and slathered (technical term) liquid clay on the back of my baked Mandala.  Then, I applied raw clay and smoothed it over the metal and back of the mandala.
I baked it, cooled it and wore it.   It's dramatic.  If I make another, it will be smaller because my wrist is too large.

Polymer Faux Coral Ring

To replicate the structure of coral, I used a ball stylus to poke various small holes in polymer clay and then used the tip of an xacto knife to make the little slices within the holes.  Fun, bold ring.

Bubblegum Gone Wrong

Lately, I go from my beading table to my clay table and back again; with intermitten stops at my photography table.  I'm gearing up for some upcoming classes.  So excited.

Dutch Spiral

Finished.  Now to decide how to finish it....clasp, no clasp, what clasp.  Fun.  So much fun, I've started another.

Dutch Spiral

I have been wanting to do a Dutch Spiral for a long time.  I'm talking years.  I searched the internet for new patterns and found a few I really loved.  This one is based on a pattern from Linda J. Richmond (click HERE).  So far I am happy with the start of it.  It is so fun to see this evolve.  The best part is I'm using up some of the beads I had on hand.

Hello August

Sometimes you have to look for the humor in things; and sometimes, it finds you.
