Bead Crochet

I finished this zig zag pattern (from Patterns & Graphing for Bead Crochet Ropes by Judith Bertoglio-Giffin) and couldn't decide on whether I liked a simple "S" hook closure or the toggle.  I ended up going with the S hook closure.  I'm saving the pretty toggle for another necklace.
Judith's bead crochet books can be purchased through her Bead LineStudios (click HERE).

  1. It IS a great toggle Marlene. I am thinking more about my clasps, making them more than an afterthought. This one is great and inspires me to try some different shapes. And of course, the necklace is fabulous. You should post some selfless of you wearing them!

  2. OMG, you make me laugh out loud every time. I am probably the only person in the world who has not taken a selfie. Yes, you have inspired me to do so.

  3. I think the s hook is best too, it's a busier patterned zig zag, and the fancier toggle might compete. Glad you are up and about, back to creating! A selfie? Guffaw! I stink at those.

  4. I think the S-Hook is a great choice with the primary colors. It isn't busy, busy with all of those diamonds. Thanks for doing justice to some of my patterns.

  5. THANK YOU Judith. I love bead crochet and you have inspired me. One of these days I want a one on one class with you since I'm only a couple of hours away!
