16 x 20 wrapped canvas, polymer clay, air dry polymer clay, PaperClay, felting, beads, dried moss, netting, crocheted wire spirals, leather spirals, string, acrylic paint, glue and I don't know what else is in there!
Marlene, was this a class or a creative "Marlene original"? Something new to look at every time one glances. How big is it? Definitely gives one a sea-ish feeling. Having a place to be on the bay, I see representations of very familiar objects, love it!
Thanks Barbara! It is 16" x 20". No, not a class. I was experimenting with some felting and the crochet on wire and one thing led to another. I've started a larger one.
Certainly makes this desert dweller think of the ocean. Fabulous Marlene! One of this pieces you would never tire of looking at. As usual, I am a little bit in awe!

ReplyDeleteThank you Wendy; you are too kind. But, yes, I am kinda loving this piece (she said smugly).
