Russian Circus Necklace

I made a couple of bead crochet bangles (click HERE), but could not get used to the accent beads sticking up.  What were my choices?  Wear them (not much because I don't like them), re-design & re-make or, tear them out & re-use the beads in something else.   If the re-design doesn't work, the trash option is always there.  Re-design it was.  I had one magnetic closure left in my stash and it just fit.
So, that took care of that end.  Now, with the other end, I tried a large polymer focal bead; didn't like it.  I tried a slinky dutch spiral focal; didn't like it.  As you can see, I ended up with a short bit of Russian Spiral to join the other two ends.  I used a You-Tube Russian Spiral video tutorial to refresh my memory.  It is not in English, but was easy to follow (click HERE).
I like it a lot because I can wear it with the magnetic closure in the back, on the side or as a focal.  I crocheted the bracelets using a couple of patterns from Judith Bertoglio-Giffin's Circus Bangle Pattern book which is available through her website (click HERE) or Sova-Enterprises (click HERE).  Hope your week is going well and is as much fun as a 3-ring circus.

The necklaces are very beautiful and appealing. I loved the color combination. The yellow looks absolutely stunning with the red.
