Polymer-Big, Bold and Blue

I got a fast food salad at the mall a few weeks ago and I looked at the bottom of that pretty plastic bowl and knew it was meant for polymer clay.  I used a "super" magnet in the brooch. I purchase them at the hardware store and use them in all my pins.  Big Bold Blue isn't heavy so the magnet holds it in position.  It reminds me of the blue skies of summer.

The colour of this is superb. It reminds me of a lake in a town I once lived in. Every year the lake would change from a dull grey to a vivid blue for 4 or 5 months of the year.

Thanks also for the explanation on the earlier post.

I have not used polymer clay and am amazed at the things that can be created.

You do have an eye for the texture in the oddest places. Lovely work.
