I sculpted this head from polymer clay.
I worked on it during the last two polymer clay guild meetings.
It has an aluminum foil armature.
I'm leaving the finish as is and not sanding or varnishing it. It has a very peaceful, zen-like quality to it that I love. Hope your Monday is peaceful.

My thought exactly, it's Zen-like, and that was before I read your text. It resembles the peace and contentment of many Buddha faces I've seen. Ahhhhhhhhhhh...very, very nice!
